Orion Bay Township is an exclusive, affluent, gated community with strict residential policies. Only those who meet the income requirements are allowed to enter into the gates of the hallowed community, currently only four families have been approved for residence in Orion Bay. Four families and a convent, but who can say no to nuns?!

As an institution of higher learning, Hunter College’s reputation is impeccable. In order to maintain this high standard of academic achievement, Hunter’s admission requirements are strict though they will make allowances for children of alumni, especially if the child is accompanied by a sizable donation. Only recently has Hunter begun to offer scholarships to less wealthy applicants.
City of Nephila
With the growth of Orion Bay and Rigel Heights, a new city is dawning on the horizon. Already home to Mendenhall Enterprises and the Mendenhall Foundations, new restaurants, clubs and stores are going up almost daily in Nephila. Rather than traditional single family housing, Nephila’s residents live in posh townhomes or trendy apartments more suited to the city lifestyle.
